Every night, your garden grows.

Zarden turns your sleep into a small living world. You sleep, your island grows. During the day, you harvest.

The First Dream, a small floating pixel-art island holding a garden above the clouds

You sleep. It grows. You harvest.

One night is one turn. There is nothing to do before bed, nothing to keep running while you sleep, and nothing that expires if you skip a day.

01

You sleep

Zarden reads your night from Apple Health. No app to open at bedtime, no phone left glowing on the mattress.

02

It grows

A good night grows your crops faster and yields more. An average night still grows them, nothing here ever moves backwards.

03

You harvest

During the day you open the app, look at your night, and harvest. One to three minutes. Then you put your phone down.

The best moment of the day lasts fifteen seconds.

Strawberries drop into the basket, the hive empties, the apple tree shakes. It is short, it is beautiful, and it is the only reward the game ever asks you to come back for.

Skipped three days? Nothing is lost. All three nights are calculated, and the whole harvest arrives at once.

Your sleep is the only resource.

Most games move forward when you tap. Zarden moves forward when you sleep. Your crops, your harvest, your ZZZollars: they all come from the night.

Nothing to do before bed. During the day, you come see what the night gave you.

Your nights never leave your phone.

Your sleep data stays on your phone. There is no account to create. Your night is read from Apple Health or Health Connect, computed on your device, and stored on your device. We never see it.

No accountNo email, no password, nothing to sign in to.
Videos, only if you askA short rewarded ad plays only when you tap for it: to keep the visiting swallow, to double what the moon pays, or to swap one of her wishes. Zarden World skips the swallow and doubling videos. No banners, no ads between actions.
No health data sentZarden reads your sleep and never writes anything back to Health.
Nothing to resellWe do not hold your nights, so we cannot sell them. The optional videos are served by Google AdMob, which may receive advertising identifiers, not your sleep.

One island, three crops, and a garden that grows with you.

The First Dream is free and complete. What you build there is yours to keep.

Strawberry patch

The crops

Strawberries grow in one night. Hives take two. The apple tree takes four, but it pays the most. You choose what to plant and where your ZZZollars go.

Moon

Your nights

Each morning a recap shows how you slept. A good night yields more. No Health sample? Enter the night by hand in a few seconds.

Basket

The basket

Harvest lands here. Sell fruit for ZZZollars, then spend them on plots, upgrades and a little sky. One to three minutes, then you put the phone down.

A second island, still in the clouds

The second island

It has been out there on the horizon since day one, half-hidden in the clouds. It's coming.

What makes Zarden different

Sleep apps measure. Sleep games occupy. Zarden does neither: it reads what your phone already recorded, and gives you fifteen good seconds for it.

Before you ask

Is Zarden free?

Yes. The First Dream island is complete and free: three crops, the harvest, and the nights. A second paid island will come later, but it adds content, it never takes anything away from what already exists.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Zarden reads whatever sleep data is already in Apple Health, from any source: a smartwatch, a ring, or the iPhone itself. And if no data is found, you can enter your night by hand in a few seconds.

Do I have to leave my phone on overnight?

No, and that's deliberate. Zarden measures nothing while you sleep: when you open it, it reads what your device already recorded. Your phone can spend the night in airplane mode, across the room.

What happens if I sleep badly?

Your garden still grows, just more slowly. There is no red score, no failure state, no plant that dies. A short night is still a night: it moves the game forward, simply with a smaller yield.

What if I don't open the app for a week?

Nothing is lost. The next time you open it, every missed night is calculated at once and the accumulated harvest is waiting. Zarden never punishes an absence, that's a design rule, not a courtesy.

Is my sleep data sent anywhere?

No. Your nights are read from Apple Health or Health Connect, computed on your device and stored on your device. Sleep data is not sent to us. Deleting the app erases that local garden. If you watch an optional video, Google AdMob may receive advertising identifiers, never your sleep.

Are there ads?

Only optional rewarded videos, each behind a tap: keeping the visiting swallow, doubling what the moon pays, or swapping one of her wishes. Zarden World skips the swallow and doubling videos. There are no banners and no ads between actions.

Is there an Android version?

Yes. The same garden is on Google Play. Sleep is read from Health Connect, or you enter the night by hand.

Can Zarden help me sleep better?

Zarden is not a medical device and gives no health advice. It's a game that makes the regularity of your sleep visible and gives you a small reason to go to bed. For a sleep disorder, talk to a healthcare professional.

Your garden is waiting.

Zarden is coming to iPhone.
